Huge Light output from a small bulb. Fits in 95% of the headlight housings on the market.
F2 LED Headlight bulbs - It's not like LED bulbs in the automotive world are a new thing, but these ones are the top of the line in performance and price. While the the big name players are all busy standing still with the same-old bulbs, we're working to ensure that we have the LED Headlight bulbs to deliver the performance that we all expect.
First things first, We're not full of crap like everybody else trying to sell you their “83rd generation bulbs with 50 billion lumens” so let's just get this one out of the way. It doesn't matter if you spend $25 on eBay or $1000 on a pair of LED headlight bulbs made from platinum, LED powered headlight bulbs aren't as capable as HID and that's due to the physical design behind how headlight optics really work. But they're getting really close! They do have their advantages and there is certainly a big difference between the crap out there and the latest and greatest.
The F2 LED bulbs are easy to install. There are no big ballasts to mount or relays to wire and harnesses to run. Due to the small size of the cooling mechanism there is generally no housing cap fitment issues or extensions to deal with. Simply unplug the old bulbs, plug in the F2's. Fire them up for instant brightness.
When it comes to LED headlight bulbs actual real-world brightness is what separates the great from the fair. The F2's dual-sided PCB is only 2mm thick, which allows the LED's to be positioned close to the centerline of the bulb putting in the proper position to focus their powerful beam in your headlight optics. That means that HID bulbs now only have a 2 mm advantage, and that's not much.
The F2 LED Headlight bulbs utilize a copper heat core to draw the high temperatures away from the LED chips and down towards the fan concealed in the base. The custom driver has a built-in automatic temperature control designed to vary the fan speed based on bulb operating temperature. The fan helps to actively cool the copper heat sink by drawing cold air in and sending hot air out of the sides. This minimizes stress on the electronics compared to other cooling setups without fans. It works much more effectively to keep the bulb performing at its Peak. But if you don't care about bulb life or peak performance then go buy one of the styles with giant cooling flaps hanging off of them. Let us know how tha works out for you.
These bulbs are capable of running on anything over 9 volts so if your vehicle uses a low voltage daytime running light, they can still operate without long term issues.
So what are you waiting for? Try out a set today and blow your friend's lights out of the water with your new F2 headlights.
